山西安耐哲新能源产业研究院于2021年4月于山西忻州经济技术开发区注册成立。是忻州市构建政产学研相结合的新型技术创新机构,为新能源及相关产业提供强有力的科技支撑,为地方政府和企业提供技术咨询和服务,承担国家、省市和企业委托的科研项目,集聚创新要素和资源,形成一批带动我市新能源产业发展的核心项目,推动忻州产业集聚发展和产业转型。
研究院以自主研发的应用技术为支撑,致力于新能源、新材料及新一代锂离子、钠离子电池及电池材料的产业化应用和推广,建立了研发中心和中试生产线以及产业化基地。研究院汇集了一批国际锂离子钠离子电池领域的专业人才和技术工程师,现有相关专业博士数名,以及丰富经验的企业管理人员等组建的技术和管理团队,技术紧跟国际前沿,掌握着动力锂离子、钠离子电池及电池材料从设计生产到应用端的核心技术,产品又注重市场需求和实用性,同时兼顾性能和成本优化。目前拥有圆柱型电池自动化生产线及成组电池装配中试生产线,拥有磷酸铁、磷酸铁锂以及NFPP和硬碳等电池材料的工业化实验平台,拥有多种先进的测试设备(扫描电镜、XRD、ICP、粒度、比表面、碳硫和各种电化学性能测试等)和模拟平台。
研究院已与国内国际的多家科研院所合作,共建了 “新能源及新材料科创平台”。针对前沿项目进行不同程度的参与,共同推动产业化应用。在围绕锂离子、钠离子电池产业链拓展,从正极材料上游到应用端,以技术优势吸引协作企业,进而逐步形成分工明确、关系紧密、体系完备的产业集群。
目前,我们已经孵化了山西中能汇通科技有限公司落地忻州辖区河曲经济技术开发区,总投资17亿元,分三期建设,第一期已经投产,主要产品是磷酸铁和磷酸铁锂以及NFPP正极材料,是山西省重点项目,此项目的负责人也是研究院人法人代表。另外一个项目是双碳产业园项目,研究院为此项目的发起人,技术负责单位,总设计单位。第一期投资18亿元,占地220亩,双碳产业园区将打造包括从锂钠电池原材料、电芯、动力电池组、电源管理系统到纯电动工程机械和储能系统的全产业电池集群的示范基地,5年内形成80-100亿元以上的产业规模。
我们的目标是结合忻州市当地产业发展实际,积极开展在新能源、新材料、节能环保等产业领域开展应用技术研究、技术成果转移转化和项目孵化落地等工作,并在10年时间内,将研究院打造成为立足忻州、服务环渤海地区、辐射全国的重点产业应用技术平台,成为国家应用技术集中转移转化的示范基地,为忻州高新技术产业的培育孵化和人才培养做出重大贡献。
研究院公司于2024年获得了国家级高新技术企业和省级专精特新企业以及多项荣誉。

The company's automated production facilities are capable of manufacturing cylindrical batteries. We have also established a comprehensive industrial experimental platform equipped with materials such as lithium iron phosphate and other battery-related substances, supporting battery pack assembly and validation through advanced testing equipment including SEM, XRD, ICP, laser particle size analysis, BET, carbon-sulfur analysis, various electrochemical performance testing systems, and simulation platforms.
Shanxi ANZ collaborates extensively with domestic and international research institutions to establish a "New Energy and New Materials Technology Innovation Platform." This platform aims to fund cutting-edge projects that bridge academic research and industrial application at various maturity stages, with the ultimate goal of promoting industrialization. In the upstream and downstream processes of lithium-ion and sodium-ion batteries and battery materials, our technological achievements have attracted collaborations with several large state-owned enterprises as well as listed companies.
Our goal is to align with the practical industrial development needs of Xinzhou City by actively conducting applied technology research, facilitating the transfer and transformation of technological achievements, and promoting project incubation and implementation in fields such as new energy, new materials, energy conservation, and environmental protection. Over the next decade, the company aims to become a key industrial application technology platform based in Xinzhou, serving the Bohai Rim region and expanding its influence nationwide. It strives to become a national-level demonstration base for the centralized transfer and transformation of applied technologies, contributing significantly to the cultivation of high-tech industries, talent development, and project incubation in Xinzhou.
